i have this with my k700i and all it is is dust in the joystick mechanism, so put a vacuum cleaner over the joystick and is should be more responsive

thanks for info but a bit concerned placed an order vi acredit card and still showed full price £99 wil it be ok I did Ih ave to create account and place order it was not very clear .

Just come across this site that says the most memory you can use in this phone is 2GB even though somewhere I definately saw it say up to 4GB !

to find out the CID of your phone is, use the "Test Cable / Read CID" function of the davinci flasher.

you can download the davinci software for free , just google it

I was worried about this too, so I fired off an email to their CS department asking how they applied the refund
here's what they said:

Dear xx xxxxxxxx

Thanks for your email.

no refund will be needed as although the full amount of payment is
reserved, only the discounted value is requested when the order is
processed.

They are now also selling the same phone on Orange as well.
Might save any of us MSE'rs on Orange already and wanting to keep the same number from paying to have the phone unlocked

Mine new phone has arrived now and I am in the process of getting use to it. It does seem however that it doesnt come with many ringtones, message tones and alarm tones.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a

To answer a couple of questions, i've just received 2 of these...
1) They are delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery (signed for)
2) They work with Vodaphone Sims, i've tried my work sim in this phone and it works fine so presumably these phones are unlocked.
3) The discount shows on the delivery form when you receive the item
4) Tracked via quidco for an extra £16 off the order - 20 Sep 2006 Great Universal 198.00 15.84 tracked ~ Nov 2006
5) Buy one, in fact buy 10 and flog the rest for a ton each on Ebay

It appears that these phones may/or may not be unlocked, have tried the Voda sim in the second phone i ordered and it doesn't work..
