Can't wait to see what she thinks of it, can you. I'm sure you would agree the next stage is to reduce the space between each of the figures, which for some might be text book.

Flippin 'eck!, I've removed the background guy via inpaint but I cannot move the new pic to my picasa account where I could move it again to photobucket then here. must think about it.

    Thanks Islandman, much appreciated.

looking good, I agree with the spacing, in my feeble attempt I had moved them closer, I used the right shoulder of my uncle to sit over the right shoulder of the female.

Text book for some I know, what about just cut & copy around my uncle and then place over the guy in middle???? (or am I being a simpleton again, all these wonderful affects and tools and I want to cut & paste)

That's a stunning job Culpepper. I use PS for photo editing but I'm clueless as to this kind of thing. Very impressive work.

    Culpepper Muscle in anytime :)

One very happy and teary eyed auntie today Thank You again....

I have another question tho, is it easy enough to remove text from photo's????

Today I came eacross some of her wedding photos and there is some really good pics of a lot of people that are sadly no longer with us and a really nice one of them but they are all stamped with the studio name across the middle. Now I remember years ago when I was a kid looking at her wedding album being told that they never got any offical photos from the studio because they couldn't aford it, so they just kept the proofs

So the question is , could I scan these in and edit them easily enough ??

Please anyone feel free to muscle in, I haven't got any editing softwear on Mac yet, it keeps crashing when in Safari and some other programmes, I've tried a few things to correct this but its happening a lot, an usually when in the midle of something , but hey thats another thread I suppose

I think something like inprint might do that, but it would need a steady hand. As an aside, we too could only take the proofs, which not only had the name on, but it was pressed on so that the name was raised.
