i am with BG for gas and powergen for electric

called one of the comparison companies yesterday and BG click was no 3 for being the cheapest i have tried to call BG just be sure before i switch have not been able to get through waiting time more than 10 minutes each and its putting me off:eek:

Just a follow up to my earlier post (#4).

I had to make another call (4th) to BG today to cancel as I've had another letter telling me how 'pleased they are to be providing my energy'.

This time when I phoned I told the CS manager that I was recording the call to cover myself as they don't seem to do what they promised. He told me that he was withholding his permission to allow me to record the call and that he would terminate the call if I didn't stop :mad:.

So as well as being more expensive that my current supplier, their attitude is somewhat questionable as well IMO.
