Can anyone help please i have been let down on a flight that i booked and now need a flight to tenerife for 2 people leaving on the 30 march coming back on 6 april, flying from anywhere in london would be nice but if needs be could do a midlands airport, or manc or lpool. Times dont really matter just so long as i can get there

Also when i find one on some travel websites, ie a1travel and moneysupermarket i book and then get a phone call from them saying that there is no availability even though i booked it and put in my credit card details
