Just remember Egypt in August is very hot indeed and can imagine it being far to hot for some young children and infants.

Puja, I would also not advise going to Egypt in August - We went in mid September last year, and it was still too hot for my partner and I to go out. I would recommend going in October if you have to go to Egypt.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

I guess Egypt should be a no-no at this time of year then! Thanks for your replies!

Are there any other suitable destinations for that budget/travel time/star rating that anyone would reccomend?

  • Hi there,
Looking to go to Disneyland Paris in September.
Dates are flexible but I have posted suggested dates below. Flights/hotel/transfers & passes to be included if possible (if not possible to include transfers/passes, then no worries).

    Any help/assistance appreciated.

    1. Airport - Glasgow (or Prestwick if too costly from GLA)
    2. Duration - 4 or 5 nights
    3. Dates - flexible dates, but preferrably mid - late September
    4. Night flights - No overnight flights and no early morning flights pre 9am please!!
    5. Party size - 2 adults, 1 child (aged 2years)
    6. Board - Room or B&B
    7. Resort - Can either be one of the Disney hotels at the park or one of the adjacent 'off' park hotels like Holiday Inn, etc
    8. Any not to go - not davey crockett(sp?)
    9. Other factors - if deal includes park passes then so much the better
    10. Price req by - by middle/end of next week
    11. Max budget - looking about £6-800 total for party This is max budget, but would prefer to pay about 1/2 of this ideally !!)
Lang may yer lum reek !!
