Saban...if you go to the web iste I put at the top of the quote and look at the details from there.
if you go to the top of the page there is a big orange late deal box I used that to find them

My boyfriend and I are thinking about going to Dubronik for a weekend (any weekend in the next couple of months) we would like to fly from Scotland direct (we wouldn't mind landing somewhere else in Crotia within driving distance of Dubrovnik). Any suggestions?
    Thanks in advance!

Thanks so much sloppychops, fantastic tips on Malta. Now booked SC at 115 The Strand through Wintersunshine just as you recommended. Got flights direct from Air Malta website as they were cheapest flights without night times -- were £486 for three all in. Excellent!!

melt71 cant find anything in your budget for Canaries AI or Cyprus AI for your dates only on the 18th October. 18th I can find for between 850-950 but nothing after
I think you might have to rethink your budget or board base

JoanneC...I dont think you will get flights for a weekend unless you want to pay way way over the top and even then its BA flights via gatwick.
Could you get a cheap flight to Luton? and use wizzair.com/skylights/cgi-bin/skylights.cgi?module=SB&language=EN&mode=0&sid=
BMI have a flight from Glasgow for £327.20 each Friday to Tuesday but it involves 2 stops.
Play about with https://www.expedia.co.uk with your dates and see if that turns up anything other that the multi stop flights
