I'm looking to go to Rome with a friend in a few weeks. I had no idea it would be so expensive! I've been quoted £400+ each for 6 nights.
It has been suggested to buy the flights, then find somewhere to stay once we get there, but I'm far to paranoid to do that.
We're looking to go from the 12th to 18th of April, a busy time, I know. We could do a shorter trip, but it has to fall between these dates. We'd be flying from Heathrow, or anywhere in London.
My friend is visiting from far away, and was really looking forward to Rome. Hopefully we'll get there without breaking the bank! If anyone has any suggestions, I'd love to hear them. Are any other areas in Italy cheaper and interesting to visit?Swagbucks Amazon gift vouchers 2014 125/250

Now that i have my summer holiday booked I am thinking ahead to my winter break My ot and I cant ski and would like to learn abroad. We can fly from any London Airport and would like to go in January 2007-no specific date in mind. Don't know where to go and not sure if a budget of £200 each is realistic for one week including all lessons, ski hire, accommodation and whatever other cost is incurred with skiing. 0 My ot and I cant ski and would like to learn abroad. I would appreciate some help from you kind people. I've been following your threads and am amazed at what you can find.
I am knackered and poor.
I would like a week's holiday, on a beach, somewhere hot, somewhere nice (Cyprus/Algarve/ Canaries???) within the next month.

Best if we have an idea of what your budget is though?aurora_borealis wrote:

What board basis would you like?
Can you leave very last minute?
Are there any other airports you can fly from other than Cardiff?"Life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away."0
