That is not possible with pigsback. Perhaps they were talking about one of the other points sites - like rpoints?Don't stress, relax, let life roll off your backs. Could you please direct me to where it mentions having one account AT A TIME?
Claire DC - As you've shown, it doesn't specify one account at a time, which is exactly where the loophole is. If you cancel your account, then do you hold a Pigsback account? No. So, are you entitled to open a Pigsback account? As I say, open to debate. Therefore, a loophole.
leon103 - I think that was me talking about RPoints - a completely different site. Sorry if I caused any confusion.0 -

Could you please direct me to where it mentions having one account AT A TIME? I think you'll now see that he would be breaking the terms and conditions by doing this. Also could you direct me to where you think he is technically complying with the rules?
If you close an account it's dead and buried, no longer in existence. If you then open a new account, you still only have one account with PB.
I think I like even_steven's thinking on this - I certainly don't see any contradiction with the t & cs.0 -

Not me, I have more points in my account than I could gain from re-doing all the free clicks.

'No more than 1 Pigsback.com account can be held by any one individual.'
'If Pigsback.com exercises this right it shall name the assignee or subcontractor on the main screen of the Pigsback.com website and you will be entitled to terminate this Agreement immediately. You acknowledge that you may not without the prior written consent of Pigsback.com assign or dispose of your obligations under this Agreement whether in part or in whole.'
Ok so he'd have to ask pigsback to close his account and then when he opened a new one they'd notice the name/address and thus probably shut the account down.
I've quoted another part of the terms and conditions also as you need written consent to release you from the terms and conditions of the site.
I don't think the ethics of this site encourage people to defraud websites anyway, exploit a loophole but not whilst defrauding the company in question.Lost lbs =

Yes but you are still bound by the terms and conditions.
I am sure they'd have something in place that would recognise a person signing up with the same name/address once an account had been closed?
Also, i'm pretty sure this is fraud.. which is illegal, it's at least gaining by deception.Lost lbs =

I welcome the outcome of that experiment!
