We have just checked her account and she has 600 points already! :j Seems to me it might be worth winding down our old accounts and openeing a new one (if you have another E mail address to use i.e hotmail) I checked the T&C it is one account per person, not per household.:D So if we dont use the old one any more we are keeping the terms.
Not really, as you'll still be using your personal details for 2 accounts, regardless of if you use the other one or not.
Also the advertisers pay pigsback for each individual click/viewing so if you're getting offers that you have had on other account, you are again breaking rules.
Just play it by the rules like everyone else does and don't be greedy as you could ruin it for everyone, if not just for yourself.Lost lbs =

This is the second time ive had to email them...
Yes, and i've also thought that they may be selectively not replying to emails that they know they're in the wrong about or they don't want to give a straight answer to. I hope i'm wrong about that though.Lost lbs =

"Just play it by the rules like everyone else does"
I dont think posting all the links to completed crosswords, competitons, quizes is in the rules either - so I guess you dont click on them?????
Also, applying for things to get the points and then cancelling the very next day????? Not strictly what Pigsback put them there for?????
I was just stating an opinion !!!! If you dont like it, dont do it.0 -
KittyKate wrote:Have been waiting nearly 2 months now for my Skilljam 1000 points
have all but given up. 3 emails to pigsback all 'we are waiting for their file'. I know it's not their fault but it took 10 seconds to take my money and 2 months to get the points!? I can see how people get irritated with loads of points due!
I've been waiting for skilljam too - not 2 months - so your post makes me lose hope that i'll get them.
I'm still waiting for lottery points and audible (only a week ago so must be more patient!!!)
I know its technically free money but i can't cope with my obsessive checking of pigsback account!!!!0 -
Hiya,
I emailed PB to find out about Poker PPoints and this is the reply i received.
Thank you for your e-mail.
Apologies for the delay crediting Poker Piggypoints from the 4th October, these points will be credited to your account within the next few days.
If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Kind Regards,
