• Beware of having more then one account on your computer, if you do make sure each account holder does their click throughs and competitions at different times of the day, and eacg person does their own. I made the mistake of letting my son and daughter open accounts, we would all use pigsback first thing in the morning before going to work/college. Received the following email from pigsback after I had a query about mansion points:I tried replying to this email on several occasions but received no reply. I hope this helps other uses from losing their points + to read the T/c unlike myself.

    Dear member,

The account details as registered by you, are not the same as the details used when you contact Pigsback.com.
The email account is registered in the name of David Smith, however it is signed off as John, and John Smith is the name on another Pigsback.com, which has been accessed from the same computer.

Also a lot the accounts have almost identical activity and because of the access from the one computer this suggests that the accounts are not being operated as one account per person.

Due to these reasons, the accounts were unsubscribed.
If Pigsback.com cannot confirm that these accounts aren't being operated by one person then they have to be unsubscribed.

I've just done the Cheapflights sign up and note that it doesn't tell you when the 10 points will be credited... so I've let PB know.

Hopefully the answer won't be 28days but it doesn't appear to be immediate :o

My wife has just had a call from someone claiming to be from 'GetMeATicket' which she signed up to on Pigsback a while back. The chap said she had won a free holiday to Tenerife/Costa Del Sol but she would need to pay a £29.50 booking fee per person. At that point she declined her 'prize' and put the phone down. She is convinced its a scam.

Must admit when she told me it certainly sounded like a scam. Has anyone else received one of these calls?

Many thanks to fatangel, kathfisch, venture and themadbird for their replies.

Venture: You say you won one of these 'prizes' last week. Does that mean you actually went on a 'prize' holiday last week or did you decline too?

fatangel: Hope this is all above board and you have a great time. Let us all know how you get on.

My OH has spoken to Pigsback about these 'prizes' and they are looking into it.

Hi Can someone let me know whether I can use the £7.99 reward voucher from CD WOW to buy more than 1 CD/DVD ? The wording for this voucher seems to suggest that it can be used only on one item where as the £20 voucher can be used in more than 1 transasction

    thanks
