is it possible to get my piggypoints changed into cash now that betfair has gone. the cash would be nice but if it has to be vouchers then thats fine. its all free anyway.

Just ordered two £10 boots vouchers....my points have dropped to 260
Not too bad considering I think I signed up about a month ago.
I know seeing those points climb is going to take a bit longer now.
When I get home, will check my OH balance and may be able to order another voucher.
Hope to put them ebay or save them for Xmas pressies0 -

Well yes there is acutally.
-Firstly set up a dublinbet account and request a voucher for that.
-Then set up a moneybookers account and withdraw money free from dublinbet to that account.
-Then send the money again for free to betfair and then request a cheque or use bank transfer from betfair.
Doing it this way gets you the most money for your piggypoints and the whole process is completely free.0 -

I made the mistake of letting my son and daughter open accounts, we would all use pigsback first thing in the morning before going to work/college. Received the following email from pigsback after I had a query about mansion points:I tried replying to this email on several occasions but received no reply. I hope this helps other uses from losing their points + to read the T/c unlike myself.
Dear member,
The account details as registered by you, are not the same as the details used when you contact Pigsback.com.
The email account is registered in the name of David Smith, however it is signed off as John, and John Smith is the name on another Pigsback.com, which has been accessed from the same computer.
Also a lot the accounts have almost identical activity and because of the access from the one computer this suggests that the accounts are not being operated as one account per person.
Due to these reasons, the accounts were unsubscribed.
If Pigsback.com cannot confirm that these accounts aren't being operated by one person then they have to be unsubscribed.

Hi,
Have you phoned them to explain about your accounts? The telephone number shown on the web site is 0207 170 4010 - Might be worth a try seeing as you aren't getting a response via email.
I seem to recall that people who have had accounts closed in the past have had them reactivated after contacting PB to explain genuine mix-ups/problems etc on accounts held at the same postal address.
Good luck0
