Mine have usually come through in a week or two but I have heard others have had to wait longer.... Guess it depends on whether they have them in stock at the time?DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

After you have downloaded the book, you need to download their free program called "Nero" (prompts for this are on both the Audible website and the file managment system 'AudibleManager' that downloads with the books. This then allows you to burn to CD. Worked OK for me and produced discs that play OK in my CD player.0 -

(Accidentally clicked "Thanks" while aiming for "Quote", in case you were wondering :rotfl: )
Thanks!
But it doesn't even show up when I am logged it.. I have tried emailing them though.. I don't trust this website anymore, they're making it SOO difficult to cancel the account.. That's just not right.0 -
hovism wrote:Go to 'My audable' on the right. The on the left click 'My account' In there there is a place for 'Cancel my Account' . You just have to tick a couple of boxes and then its done! They give you a cancellation number and it says an E mal will be sent as confirmation. Just ned to wait for the points now.
I get to the "My account" page, but there just isn't a "Cancel my account" there.. Thanks anway!0 -

Just had a look at my account with them (have downloaded the 2 free books ok) I clicked on 'my audible' after logging in, then 'my account' - it has in the Listener Plan Info: the option to click to cancel the membership.. didnt find anything difficult in finding this option, might be a glitch somewhere for you perhaps?..
hope you get sorted :-)0 -

I have no "Listener Plan Info", probably because I didn't want to give them my credit card info, didn't quite trust them.. but they MUST let me cancel my account somehow without me having to give them credit card info first.. Cause I won't! I just can not find a way.. I also know someone else with the same problem, he didn't give them his credit card info either.0
