    Hi everybody.

I'm new to this forum but have been using pigsback for quite some time now. My problem is that I opened my account when I lived in London but I have moved back to Denmark since. Now i have earned enough to 2 vouchers but when I try to claim them they want me to verify my account. My problem is that I no longer have an english mobilephone number so I cannot get my account verifyed. So I wanna hear if there is anybody that can help me?

    Kind regards
    - Friis

have you tried emailing pigsback and explaining your situation to them? i know at least one of the regular posters on here is not based in the uk, so he should be able to help you :)
I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

Does anyone know if pigsback are still strict with their one account per household? I usually use my points to buy a cd wow voucher but now that the price of a £7.99 voucher is the same as a boots £10 i might as get that. Thing is i have 2 accounts in my household one for me and one for OH. is it ok to get vouchers sent from 2 different accounts?

im sure that should be fine, as long as you both just do the clicking on your own accounts :)

    Congrats :T its wonderfull.

My Brother-in-law won Shop&Earn 10,000 piggypoints on the 5/10/06. And just wondering if they are picking more then one winer per a draw?

    No I didn't

Hi. Yes I tried to email them. This is the answers I got:
    Hi Thomas,

Please accept my apologies, but we are unable to mobile validate your account.

Our mobile validation procedure can only accept UK or Irish mobile numbers; therefore you cannot use your COUNTRY OF ORIGIN AND MOBILE NUMBER.

It states in our registration process, in the personal details section, to advise us of the country you reside, the options given are UK, Ireland, or Northern Ireland. These options are there because we do not currently have the facilities to process rewards for members situated in countries other than the UK, Northern Ireland and Ireland.

Again, apologies for any inconvenience caused.

    Kind Regards,

I have been waiting for over a month for these points. Have chased it and pigsback say they are waiting for the file from uswitch. Does this sound familiar!

i had to wait around 6 weeks, i e-mailed pigsback and forwarded them the e-mail conformation i got from uswitch which they asked for, pb apoligised for the delay and said that they will chase uswitch on my behalf and 3 days later i had the points.

    Hi,

I'm trying to cancel my Audible membership, but I just can't find out how! I've clicked on just about everything, but I can't find anywhere to cancel..

I know I am meant to clic on the red headphone icon and go to Listener Plan Info, but there's no red headphones icon there! Is that because I didn't give them my credit details..?

im stuck on the whole audible thing as well. ive got my account, didnt put my cc details in or downloaded the software yet. when i try and get a clip, it says this is free, but have to sign up to the 7.99 package. am i right in guessing then that you sign up to it, its free for the first 14 days, you get 2 free downloads and cancel as soon as before the 14 days is up?

Totally confused, and the site doesnt make it clear either
You're so very special, I wish I was special
