Perhaps, if you haven't given them payment details and haven't d/loaded any titles, they don't actually consider you to have an account?

Thanks I already have Nero, but just not getting an option to burn the cd's. Will uninstall and reinstall both and see if it works. Just wanted to make sure that it wasnt anything to do with the trial period.
