Did you check this? Can you see the twigs in a vase in the photos?

Naturellement! And what's more:"The Conservatory is finished with an attractive laminate floor."

It's actually not a bad place, but then it was built to Parker-Morris standards.....

Oo err, missus, did I let it slip? :o

    It's ex-council:eek:

To make the data meaningful, everyone should update their post weekly (or monthly) so that for each person's area we get the trend over time...

    Me currently:

13 for sale (of which 6 are new builds and 1 has been on the market for almost 2 years)
    1 SSTC

    Total 14

EDIT: D'oh! Just noticed the updates are already happening

I don't like the look of that one .... it looks ex-council.

Gotta laugh at the address :) ... or am I being juvenile to titter at that?

If you live near there, I probably drove past your place the other month .... when I was sniffing out a route in the narrow lanes. I was going to a place beginning with "F", but I went "via the pretty route" when I turned right at a roundabout prematurely and felt confident I could sniff out where I was going from there.

28 for sale, rising to 35 when you include STC.

Bit lower than normal, but maybe right for time of year.

There is always a huge turnover in Spring, and anything on the market now will have to wait until next year.
    Been away for a while.

I knew you'd find it! And yes, it's a pre-Simpsons address that makes everyone giggle, but proximity to the pub compensates.:)

I'm not that far away, but the pub is definitely a drive, if only because road behaviour here is so appalling. :( Almost everyone drives a 4x4, and those that don't, drive tractors.
