    2 sold
    Of the 8 for sale 2 have been sold or under offer but are now available, one of them twice.
    4 are showing price reductions but I know that at least 2 others have been reduced but have either switched agents or been 'withdrawn and re marketed'
    The one's that sell do so within 2 or 3 weeks, otherwise even with price cuts they don't seem to budge.

    One for rent which I reckon would be (gross) yielding about 3.3% on its likely selling price.
