Bother if they are going to stagger this promotion then my plan to list on my business account on Monday isn't going to work.
I have just hit the targets for PS status and need to keep a good turnover and had a number of things ready to list. I'd already decided to avoid today and tomorrow but now even monday is looking doubtful.
We are always hearing about how ebay is finished for the private seller as business sellers get all their perks, it doesn't look like it from here. Some of my items I can just about still list if i get desperate as I don't have private competitors, but a lot of my stuff is also being sold by falsely registered 'private accounts' and they will just flood the market with stuff.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. My mum has one for her account for the 22nd and 23rd of August
She hardly uses her account as I do most of the eBaying."We are the change that we seek."0 -
I don't have an email, but my OH does, and he never really uses ebay... seems a bit funny to me that ebay don't want to give their loyal customers a helping hand...
Also, what was that I saw about 'free listing allowance per month"? Never heard of that!?Started comping April 2014

Private sellers are allowed 100 free listings a month as long as the start price is 99p or less.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I've got one for the 22nd and 23rd, v low number of items sold, quite frustrating really as I'm moving this weekend so the things I would have attempted to sell are boxed up at the old house waiting for my next trip up to get things. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
