    You're welcome :)

I'm sure that argos are used to people who lose the paddle from their bread makers. I'll bet every member of staff has a couple in their pockets all the time :)

i think my 2yr old has thrown it/hidden it/eaten it/given it to the house fairys!

My 2YO has done exactly this with the TV remote control, wouldn't mind but it was a brand new TV, hadn't even had it 24 hours! I've come to the conclusion all children should be locked in a kennel until they are old enough to be sent off to boarding school :D

  • I'm not sure whether this is the correct place for this post.

I have a cookworks breadmaker and have stupidly thrown out the mixing paddle with the old bread.

I have searched on the web for a replacement but the only place I can find one is ebay in the US for around $20 + shipping - is there anywhere that I can find a replacement ?

    Thanks in advance.

Erm, haven't we done this before?
Is that the one from argos?

If so, check their website - they have a spares department link on there and they ought to be able to help - they must be used to us lot throwing the paddles away :)

*** Edit: yep! :) So I've added your post onto the earlier thread. See post #11

hi,ive been given a cookworks breadmaker with no instructions, anyone know how i can get a copy, as eager to use it but worried i will mess up if i just chuck it all in,
    thanks x
    :A :j
  • The instructions are rubbish anyway....... I put water then butter, salt, sugar then flour and yeast in a little hollow in flour............ Not much in the instructions apart from a few recipes......... Sure they can be found on internet tho.
