I think the OP means 14 days for the complaint?? :undecided
This is wrong as they have up to 8 weeks to resolve your complaint.

    Hiya Zppp.....:D

I think Deeanne is writing to them to ask about info never received in a SAR dated from 6 June and writing a further letter to make sure there is nothing else to come back, as she don't think she received all requested for, statements etc, this account I think it still running, so where-as she is giving them 14 days to send any further info.;)

Hi deanne do not use a claims co, i know you have had a slight set back here but it will be sorted. Do you have any info on these loans at all, settlement figures etc? as 1 loan is still running you could try and put a claim in for mis sell for that one with your reasons, and ask that you would like all loans in your name and address to be looked at as well for mis sell. This may just be a stalling tactic to put you off. Any info on any loans that you have will help with this, so get your mis sell letter off . You can still request all info but get your claim in now, then you will wait 8 weeks from now instead of 8 weeks when you get your info back.
    Hi Marshallka,

They have sent me an transaction list for my most recent loan, it just shows date, details, withdrawn, paid in and balance columns - its dated from 24.12.08 (loan taken out) - 30.07.10.

This loan was also to pay off previous loan and a small amount left over.

Do you advise I should apply for refund just now - and stupid question I know, is this the FOS questionnaire I would complete?

The op has paid for sar, they have not given all the info she asked for, that is why she can request 14 days.

Hi, was this in reply to a proper £10 SAR request? If it was then you have missing information by the sounds of it. If it was not a SAR request then maybe its best to request one although it can take 40 days to supply all information.

If you know the account numbers of the loans you are complaining about you can do a letter and mention them all in that letter and state you are complaining about all the loans. If you do not have any information yourself it may be best for you to do the above.

SOrry if this has not answered your query but if you post again someone will give you more input.
