may start googling about bankruptcy and ivas etc as i really cant see a light at the end of the tunnel. unless i find a rich man that will lend me the money. finally added my other debts on that i didnt at the start like my welcome finance lan and the extra council tax that ive just recieved and all is not good. just feel like stop paying and let them chase me. they cant get blood out a stone as the sayin goes. i aint got owt they can take or a job they can try and take money from.PAD Maker0

Rich men are few and far between
If you owe over £15000 i would say this is an option
best place to ask is on the bankruptcy board or look up some information on the directgov website
http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/MoneyTaxAndBenefits/ManagingDebt/Bankruptcy/DG_187323
also get advice from from the CAB
i think as u r on i/s you will pay £450 and the £150 court fee will be waived but im not really an expert
best of luck in whatever you decide to do
If you havent got your debts you may find life a bit easier in getting yourself ur own pace and getting sorted job/ career wise

just read a really inspirational piece on the dfw board about someone that got out of debt by themselves by cutting back and going to the bare minimum. i was really inspired and i am now a bit better and i will get out of this mess no matter what.PAD Maker0

Just put 10 items on ebay. so i now have 18 items on there. not only am i decluttering i am making money. surveys are a little thin on the ground at the moment so i need to make as much as i can off ebay as i really need to sort this debt out now. any extra money i have will go towards debt repayments and i need to start saying no to my kids.
Thinking about it my money goes on going into the corner shop for the odd bottle of coke and coming out with bags of crisps and sweets and fruit shoots for the kids. Not only do i spends lots of £s on the cola, its adding lbs to my belly aswell.
So now i am going to check out the mystery shopper sites that jediteacher sent to me and im going to carry on watching f1 even tho im not impressed with it at the moment.:mad:PAD Maker0 -
