well, im in a proper !!!!ed off mood today. non stop shouting all day. get a txt of ex to tell me to go on a website to see him at work. apparently told him i was busy and i get a reply of doing what? what the fu*ks it gota do with him. i dont wanna see him at work, hes an ex for a reason. kids have really been winding me up today. my patch has fell off and i havent yet replaced it so myh cravings r back. t
maybe thats y im shouting and moaning. may have to put a new patch on in a min.
anyway to make matters worse, got a letter of rossendales today about the council tax owing for my old house. they want over £300 in full. firstly, ct starts in april, i left middle of may so why should i owe over £300 for a month and a half. secondlyly it was sent to my ex and me to my house. (ex's name was first), bet they havent sent 1 to him tho, even tho hes working, dont pay !!!! all to his kids and spends all his money on beer. no theyd rather send it to the single mum who trying to bring up 2 young boys on benefits, who has been suffering from depression for 2 years and has thousands of pounds worth of debt.
All the debt that we had was in my name and im trying to pay it off and he gets to live the high life not paying for his kids and not helping me to make a dent in this debt even tho he used most of it.
anyway, feel a bit better and im about to have my dinner but im a bit calmer now ive wrote it all down.

Write back to rossendales and tell them ur exs address, if they come to the door dont let them in, if your mum answers the door, tell her to tell them that u dont live there, or evrything belongs to her, they cant touch it then

duno how they got it to be honest cos i never told them. unless the council told them but dont even no how council found out my address neither. the thing thats doing my nut in is that a months ct is only bout £110 so how they got £321 for a month and half. they can sod off if they think they have added their wages on top as well cos all theyve done is sent 1 letter.

anyway on a better note paid another £10 off capquest. cant wait till that goes under £800 and my cabot and robinson way go under £200. getting there slowly but surely!

ou really need to speak to citizens advice asap, thy want 300 quid of you but u only on i/s
you need to speak to them asap
they either got your details ofth electoral roll, if your on it, or they may of traked your ex, and hes gave them your address

Well not much on the debt front today nothing paid as i had to pay something unexpectedly, so i need to keep spending to a minimum this week to make up for paying that out. Really need to get my backside in gear and sort out putting stuff on ebay to earn some money.
still doing well with the not smoking tho. am really proud of myself, didnt think i could do it. Got a new dance game for the wii aswell so may have to start going on that to help me lose some weight aswell.
Kids are at their dads tomorrow so hopefully i can de stress, thats if my mum dont start saying nasty stuff about me again cos that riles me up. Kinda think that she thinks that im a big disappointment atm cos all she seems to do is say stuff that really hurts me recently. im trying my best but that doesnt seem good enough. Anyway guess ill just have to soldier on.

Well nothing done today. cant really as its a sunday! gotta make a list of what i need to do really, so here goes:-
*ring rossendales about the letter they sent me.
*ring council for actual amount i owe on council tax
*start another diet
*carrying on being a non smoker
*post ebay item
I need to get more motivated in looking for a job aswell but there seems to be nothing out there for me.
Staying with my mum for a bit longer as cant really afford to rent with this amount of debt, but we will see how it goes.

Well today i have posted ebay item, carried on being a non smoker and i have phoned rossendales. The woman i spoke to was actually really nice to speak to and i didnt have to shout or raise my voice. I just need to phone or go and see the council about it now to see if they can tell me why it is the amount it is and also whether they can split the debt in half as i am only part responsible for it as it is also in my exs name. Hopefully i can do it.
Need to do a income and expenditure form and sort out my proof of benefits to send off to rossendales but dont know whether i should send it off straight away cos i aint paying the full £321 no matter what!

need to sort out the bedroom situation and really need to start ebaying.

Ive got £50 left til friday and im thinking about putting £40 of that into a debt just to pay it off. im not smoking no more so i think i could survive with just £10 but then again i might not be able to. duno what to do, think im gonna sleep on it before i make a bad decision.

what i would do is hold onto your money till at least thursday if your getin more money on friday, cos nearly always somthing crops up
