Special Delivery is kept separately in the PO so I doubt if the PO would honour claims for late delivery if the items were just mixed in with everything else in a post box. The PO do have a sense of mystery don't they? It is so hard to find terms and conditions on their site.0

I'm glad I',m not the only one who finds the royal Mail website less than useful..I seem to go round in circles sometimes.:mad:
