Or more likely some nice little kickbacks for someone. At £125 a pop it is a nice little earner and well worth expressing your gratitude with a bit of the folding stuff. If the clamp chain/padlock is quite tough it might take a rather burly man to manage it with bolt cutters. A petrol powered angle grinder, or an angle grinder and an extension cord plus some safety goggles may be a better option.0
