How long is your commute to work?

  • It takes me about an hour and a half to get to work. I don't mind the commute as I have been doing it for years. I get a lot of reading done! I like working in London but wouldn't want to live there so I commute. It helps that my job has flexi hours so I can get home by 5.30 some nights.

My commute is about 5 each way miles and I can make it home in about 12 mins (sticking to the speed limit and dropping on with the traffic signals lol) I did get the bus before I started driving and having children. Took me prob 25 mins on bus and another 15 mins to walk from bus stop. I cant do that anymore as I drop my lo at school at 9 and start work at 10. First bus from our town to work is 9.30 anyway.

It used to take 10 hours by car but I didn't do it every day.
