After a bit of faffing around with TLC I got an appointment with Dr China for accupressure - there are quite a few branches in London as part of the offer. And it was fantastic! 30 minutes for head, neck and back. Very relaxing.2007 Comp Challenge - Target: £250 - To date: Still not a bean! But I haven't given up yet...!0

Just a word of warning to anyone looking for a treatment in Cardiff.
There is only one Salon that is accepting bookings and that is Dr China which is in Queen Street. They only offer Accupressure or Reflexology so if you are looking for one of the other treatments (I was hoping for an Indian Head Massage) then you are out of luck.
Still a good deal - I have now booked up for Accupressure but a bit dissappointing that there wasnt more choice in our Capital City!

There were quite a few of the 4 roll packs left in the Northampton Tesco
today. I picked up 4 packs. Got a bit of a strange look from the lad at the till when all I bought was a French Stick and loads of loo roll
