Got my book on Thursday and this morning we had the sausage/egg muffin for breakfast.

We had it for lunch as we love it.

I buy two packs of pork mince and make them all up, cook and then freeze.

That way they only take about 10 mins to defrost two in the microwave and you get about 16 patties from two packs of mince.

Had kebabs, pittas and salad and pepperoni pizza last night.
Kebabs are still a hit with the family and it is so easy to make.

I invited my dad over for his tea and said id make a roast dinner he said "no lets try the kebabs you make ive heard they are delicious" so my house smells like a kebab outlet once more! have made my sauces they are chilling in the fridge.

Made the KFC chicken & corn on the cob - was a massive hit with the kids! Thanks to whoever suggested adding the Chinese 5 spice.
