Spanakopitta which is a greek recipe - google it and you should find it. If you could marry pies I would marry this if I weren't getting hitched 'for real' this weekend  It has spinach and lemon in it as well as the feta and is DIVINE.
Debone a chicken - this is called a 'ballotine' (everyone should do it at least once in their life) dissecting something makes you respect it more;), and stuff it with feta, sundried tomatoes and black olives, roll it up and sew it together so its like a big fat sausage and roast it. YUM.
V quick snack - pasta with crumbled feta, pine nuts and capers.Member no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:

If you ignore the use-by date  it keeps for months. I've eaten some 6 months past it's date and it hadn't deteriorated at allWarning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac0

It is DIRT CHEAP in the Turkish shop around the corner. so is their halloumi.
In fact I remember another recipe now, a really filling and refreshing salad which is an unusual thing in itself.
Feta, crumbled (none of this cubing malarkey thankyou;)) chopped tomatoes and roughly chopped cucumber. When I did it there was enough natural juice from the ingredients to not even need a dressing. It was for a house party and there was none leftover afterwards so it must've been ok. You could put mint in it if it's the right time of year and you have any in the garden.Member no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:

Mix it with chopped spinach and wrap it in filo pastry, then bake lots of little parcels in the oven - I think it's called bourak - lovely melty on the tongue snack! Some days, it's just not worth chewing through the leather straps....

Wow thanks everyone!:T and there was me thinking that salad was the only option! Unfortunately I did not get the offer from from Morrisons but my mum was given a block of feta from work that they were going to throw out (nothing wrong with it) and we already had a block in the fridge. Can't wait to try some of those ideas out, anybody else feeling the evening munchies after reading all those posts?0
