Received mine today, thankyou once again to the OP. The unlock details look far too complicated, with too many people having hiccups so I think I will leave it as it is!

This happened to me- just keep opening the extract program again after each line. Also it took me about 4 attempts to put plug the phone in at the right time- I kept being too quick.

Go for it- it does work- took me about 3 hours tho. I had to input mms settings manually too as the ones sent from o2 didnt work-just google the settings

Got the phone and unlocked so many thanks to everyone above. It took me about an hour to unlock but it does work.

Thank you very much OP, I had mine delivered to store today.

waited all day after beening told my phone would come between 7am and 7pm, phoned customer service at 7.45pm to be told it had gone to the wrong depot, she said it should arrive Friday, so another day to wait to see if it arrives
