There is some comment and opinion about them in this thread:

One comment is they are as bad as mobiles.co.uk. Nuff said.0 -
No experience of auto-cashback, I only go for the highest value, but this is a company who are now breaching their own T&C's.
If you can afford the gamble, then it's up to you - but at the momemt this company has got to be classed as a big gamble. They are showing the same signs as both CNM and Mobileshop with excuses etc. Maybe just a glitch, maybe bigger troubles ahead - who knows??
For me at present, this is a wait and watch company.

This is proving to be far more difficult a process than I could have ever imagined!
Can anyone recommend a retailer (online preferrably with Quidco cashback) that has the following available please!!- HTC Wildfire (free handset)
- £15 a month tariff with a reasonable amount of internet usage included
- If there is cashback as a gift, that this is reliable

Where do "auto cashback" deals go wrong?
All the problems seem to be around the redemption deals where you make a claim at set intervals.
The BMP deal on the Wildfire on T-Mobile £15 per month (300 mins, 300 texts, unltd 1Gb fair use web), free phone, is very good with £50 auto cashback. It is good even if you don't get the cashback.0 -
Well ive not had a problem with them and ive upgraded with them twice on t mobile! Furthermore they are giving two free derby county tickets and home shirt free with every order as buymobilephones are their new shirt sponsers0

Thanks, someone who thinks like me! This was my point on other threads. Are they a reliable retailer for the basics of delivering a brand new phone and offering good tariffs?
The cashback element was always a 'bonus'. Also the main reason that I've searched out an auto-cashback deal was so that I can't make any mistakes!0 -
I found them good like i said before! I got my phone on time. They even swapped my faulty htc desire for a galaxy s after 14 days when 7 days is the rule! Furthermore i saved £252 on my t mobile upgrade through them! there t mobile upgrade deals give 2 boosters with android phones so no need to phone t mobile to haggle unlike a new customer!0

You overlook one basic point.
What happens if the phone develops a fault in the first 6 months? How good are they at dealing with that? Do they have a decent CS department?
I agree that treating a cashback as a bonus, but it's when phones go wrong and the company has a poor CS department that also counts.0 -

well like all companies after the first month any fault is gonna be repaired by the manufacturer0
