I wouldn't care (well I would about the smelling bit) if she was nice and helpful, but she's not. I'm literally in and out of there in 5 mins. At the end she barks 'any questions?', but before you can even take a breath she's ushering me out the door.

To be honest if I do have any questions I'm going to phone the hospital and speak to one of the midwives there. Drat this 'shared care' malarky :mad:

Sorry about your MW honey. That sucks.....I didn't like my first one but luckly saw a different one by chance and I was allowed to change.

Seems like TTC was a life time ago......also means that I have spent nearly alll of 2010 PG :eek::o

DH can't come with me today as he is really busy so fingers crossed I can just get my date and get out of there and not be kept in again. I have not been out of the house since I got out of hospital on saturday and feel like I am going a little stir crazy :D:p;)

They do! if you have a foof birth the bones in the head kind of move and overlap for the birth then over the next few hours go back to normal again that's why they have a soft spot for the first few months it's the hole in the skull that's there to allow the movement. I got such a shock when the MV chucked DD on top of me straight after she'd popped out, for the first few seconds all I could think was (apart from thank god the pain is over) my baby has a cone head!:eek: no one had told me about the funny shape
