Why would any reasonable person ignore a solicitor's office? Speak to them and resolve the situation.

    Poor advice.

It is Roxburghe not a solicitor's office at all, as Lurking knows well.

Resolution is simple. Hang up or keep them on hold or mute and walk away.

Apparently they keep trying till they get you on the phone. Tell your family to say you ARE in and that they will 'just get her'...then leave the phone dangling for half an hour!

Tell your family to have some fun playing music at them, saying the wording I've suggested above about 'knowing they are Roxburghe toothless debt collectors just passing themselves off as GW' or just putting the phone down - basically treating them like the parasite they are. Brush them off!

But when YOU get to speak to them go for the harassment bit and make it clear you expressly DENY any debt so they cannot contact you again and must pass the file back to the parking company. See my post above for the harassment link to help you know what to say.

Good to see Perky continues to find time to spend in the shadows here when he's not trawling the dating sites. ;)
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
  • Or perhaps you could just behave like a decent person and have the common courtesy to resolve the situation in an adult manner. Or is that too much for you?

Yes resolve it, simply ignore the scammers, then the problem is resolved, and by the way what do you legally enforce? your tickets that you issue are unenforceable trash !
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

Maybe you should take notice of your own post and stop giving rubbish advice or just crawl back under the stone you came out from under with the other vermin.
