Graham White (excel parking)

I posted on here a few months ago regarding a parking ticket I recevied off excel parking . After many replys I decieded to follow all off your adivce and ingore them.
I have since received two letters off roxenburg and now two letter off Grahman white solictors.
I was told that once you receive your second letter off graham white the you are nearlly at the end off it.

This weekend I have started to recive telephone calls of graham white .
Are they allowed to contact you?
How many times will they try ?
Has this happen to anyone else?
How did they get my phone number??

Please any advice or infomation welcome dont know how to deal with this as I thought it was hasserment if they contacted you via telephone.

Just put the phone down or ask them if you can speak to Mr Sobell in person. He is the ancient solicitor who fronts this band of scammers.

they arent a real solictors they are in house bunch of muppets...

It's not Graham White ringing you, it's Roxburghe.

Just say "I know you are Roxburghe - I've seen your templated letters and call logs on the internet. Do not call again."

Then hang up.

"Graham White" is the company that repeatedly threatens to take you to court "within seven days" and never follows through with these hollow and meaningless threats.

It's Roxburghe on the phone, not a real Solicitor, as AlexisV rightly says.

Then when they call say 'so you are passing yourselves off as a Solicitor again are you?' See what they say and tell them that you know they are just Roxburghe (a toothless debt collector) you've seen how they work and that they are logging this call as passing themselves off as 'GW' (use the initials wisely, as you can see from the above link that's how they log it).

Then tell them you will report them for harassment if they do not desist with all contact immediately as there is no debt, you deny it absolutely . Useful link here, quote from it if they are still on the phone at that point:
