Looks like there was a mix up in Surgery and you received a labotomy rather than a vasectomy.

The OP clearly states several times, for those hard of understanding, that you need to phone the Neat Ideas sales team, not use the Staples website!

I ordered by phone and received the scales ok along with a free pen. I tested the scales last night with my brass weights......and guess what? The scales are one tenth of an ounce weighing light.....and my son purloined the free pen.........just when I thought my luck was changing, oh well never mind...

Just recieved my order,no scales,as i seem to have ordered something that was not in booklet....as it seems to be anything from booklet i recieved,so will try again with order from booklet.....

The cheapest item i can find is a glue stick @ 39p p47-67146

I just rang up got spoken to like piece of crap as soon as I mentioned the scales, id rather buy elsewhere then give such rude people my money.
