I tied both neat ideas and staples no such product listed, so is it a phone only deal if so what do you order and how?

The reason for typing out the phone number was to get you to phone them up and order it.

I didn't even mention the website - nor did I try that method out. Specially when it's a phreefone!!:T

Go to the staples website and look down the left hand side.

Sometimes I really wonder if anyone actually reads more than the first line of a post! cmon people try that old fashioned thing called the phone.

Has anyone tried this yet? I desperately need some scales but last time I tried to get a free gift (a picnic set) with this company, they refused to send it to me as they said I had ordered out of the wrong catalogue.
