 I received this letter too, rang up to say I wanted to stay on my existing terms until the end of my contract but was told I would have to pay an extra £3/month! Surely they can't do that - I signed up to get certain channels for £10/month, and now they are saying I have to pay more!?! Any advice greatly appreciated...I've told them I'll call them back.

They can't do that. They have already said that they will honour your contract and you will continue to receive the channels you have been receiving up till now.

Phone them back and get someone who knows what they are talking about.
