It becomes the OP's problem if the store denies receiving it.
I don't see how. For a start how does the store/company prove that the OP has it in the first place. They didn't send it to the OP, and (I assume, admittedly) they don't have proof of delivery to the OP because the OP would presumably have said "That's not my name, I'm not accepting this" rather than signing for the parcel and posting here for help on returning it.If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything0 -

They did send it to the OP's address.
I'd keep it myself, I believe the OP has done all he needs too anyway.0
