    Evening all,

Congrats to everyone who has received A level results today. Every year when I see them on the TV I think how brave the people who open their results live on air are! I wouldn't even go into school, and had them posted to me instead!

Natty I'm glad you're back and posting - I do love reading about the birds in your back garden. I can just picture them all! Hope the therapy went well.

    Happy belated birthday to Rachel.

pigpen I hope little Freja settles down soon - are you really sure you want to go through the problems you had when you were pregnant this time again? What happens if it were another pink?

mummyslittleboy thank you for the get well message. I slept right through until around 5am this morning when I woke up hot and opened the window (I have to get out of bed and walk around to Moon's side of the bed to do this as we only have one window in the bedroom), but went straight back to sleep again once I was in bed. The sneezy thing seems to have calmed down a bit, but have a bit of a headache today because I haven't drunk enough today.

Well yesterday I managed to wash 5 loads of washing :T, then go to my friend's house, where we went on a walk, and then came back and I helped her with her planning for school as she is supplying for a term in a 1-form entry school in September and has been given no support with her planning!

Today, I've not done much flying at home, as I left the house at 8.15am to go and help the same friend to sort out her classroom, so spent all day backing boards and making resources for her. Then I drove into town at 3.15 to see a different friend for a couple of hours. Since I've been home, I've emailed first friend my tray labels and a visual timetable so that she can use them. Next week, I'm possibly helping her with her planning again. This friend is going through a lot of stress at the moment, as not only is she starting at a new school in September, but also her brother has been sent to live with her, and he has lots of mental health problems, so she has been left caring for him, as her parents live abroad and had had enough of him. I can't do much to help her with her brother, but at least I can help her feel less overwhelmed about the school stuff.

Well I'm off to watch Neighbours before I make the dinner, and I think I may have an early night tonight. Tomorrow Moon and I are going to a solicitor to have our documents certified for the authorities in Jamaica for the wedding. After shopping around via emails, I found a solicitor who will charge £10 for our 3 documents, when normally they charge £5 per document, so saved a little money there.:money:

Hugs to all who want or need them.

    sexymouse xx

Valli - congrats on thread of the week and that wallpaper is gorgeous, and you have done an amazing job of the wishing well XX

Lamewolf, hope you enjoy having the next 2 pups with you, sounds like you are looking forward to it

Pigpen, hope squeak gets settled soon

Congrats on Exam results, and good luck to anyone still waiting

And a big WELLDONE to the two working teens, in the current climate that is just amazing!

Better add something about flying - havent done any! Hubby has stripped and filled the outside of the conservatory and it is starting to look brilliant, although it will probably be held together with the paint, as the wood wasnt in a good state! I did about 20 mins weeding, and reading spelling and maths with DS ready for back to school, and then spent the afternoon asleep. Whoops

Will do the washing up and tidy round in a minute Lilo
