notjustlaura welcome to the thread and the madhouse - dont worry about who does what - just strike it off your list!!! there are others here with cleaners too. The idea is to get into a routine that works for you and your lifestyle and give you more free time at the weekends to do nice things - I will be sending you a pm shortly.

dizzyk and welcome to you too - please be careful - that must have been a terrible ordeal for you and I am pleased you are making progress - do what you can on the lists - and rope in the rest of the household to do the other bits!! I will be sending you a pm too.

my internet explorer is playing up so I think I will be signing off early - need to get the washing in and get ready for my day at Cornhill too.

Love and hugs to you all espec LadyL and Diva and all the poorlies.

    see you tomorrow

Evening. Today I have done some bits off my list (and some other bits I'd forgotten to put on it). I sold 3 DVDs over the weekend so posted them today and have now just had an email to say another one has sold!

As well as going to the PO, I have done washing, sorted a couple of hotspots, spoken to dad, arranged for friend and daughter to come round, wiped appliances and cupboards in the kitchen, done some Reading shopping and been to the cinema :D

[STRIKE]Can anyone use a £5 Boots No 7 voucher? I got one today but won't use it.[/STRIKE] GONE!

Welcome to all the newbies and hugs for those who want one, especially Toots, L-L and Diva xx

It's not a terrible start at all!! Level 1 is perfectly acceptable :) give yourself a pat on the back! Best to take small steps at first. I've been doing this a while now & i'm only doing level 1s this week. The good thing is that it does get easier :)

DS2 was a pain at bedtime and I've only just had another look at the crumble cake recipe - it will have to wait until tomorrow. I've still got to clear the sink from tea and crumble making, so that will have to do for now.
Going to spend a bit of time on the gameboy (brain training), then tackle the kitchen. I'll see you all tomorrow.

    Evening all

Joining you via laptop for the first time as my computer screen broke after I posted this morning. I've borrowed DS1's laptop for an hour.

Toots and Lamewolf thanks for your concern. Builder has been there is a leak. He needs to lift some of the new floor to investigate and we don't have any spare so I need to order before he does anything.

MLB love for you and your family at such a stressful time.

Lamewolf hope you feel better tomorrow.

    Sorry I can't remember anymore.

Beds all changed and ironing all done.

Hope to get on tomorrow but if not have a good day and good luck to all the newbies.
