Hello rak2 -
Was just a signing out and saw your Thread.
You could do worse than ring CAP - see below - and check out Martin's good view of them, also mumoftwins' absolute recommendation, through all her nightmarish troubles.
I wish you well, hugely - courage and endurance are always here for the asking, but I think you struck your own rich lode with your first brave post.

Afternoon all  just popping in again to see how we're all doing.....I'm on holiday for 10 days so won't be on here till the week after next probably. Not going anywhere special but I am going to be doing lovely things such as making a wardrobe (from three Ikea collapsing ones), decorating and other stuff such as making dresses, curtains and cushions! Not being sarky either. I'm really looking forward to it....
Anyhoo, keep well all of you, don't give into the fear and I'll catch up with you when I get back

Sigh, here I am again.
I am a bit ashamed to say that I have been procrastinating again and predictably things have got worse not better.
I opened all of my post, felt a lot better then slipped on some of it and hurt my back which helped me to procrastinate a lot more.
The upshot of it is I got another pile of post and two months have passed.
Today I opened the post that had accumulated since the last time and have started to fill out my soa.
I know I have problems with my credit cards as in the post were two letters telling me they have reduced my credit limit so I need to sort this out as soon as possible.
And still I am procrastinating. This is so hard.
I have probably done about half of my soa but need to determine which insurance payments are which and list my credit card debts.
This is the plan then, sort out the insurance details tomorrow and fill in the relevant parts of the soa. On Tuesday fill in the credit card/unsecured loan part of the soa, then I guess I will be done with the soa.
I am really afraid of not having enough money by the end of the month for petrol to get to work, or for some emergency. This is hard and scary isn't it?
Reading your posts is a big help though, as I know it can be done.
I am going to try not to stick my head in the sand again.0
