Anything you can make with minced beef you can adapt for Quorn.

I fry an onion then fry the quorn with it then add any veg I want sometimes none, then add a tin of campbells tomato soup and then fill the can with milk and add that, a teaspoon of herbs and stir. Then top with mash and put in oven. Basically shepherds pie with a completley different taste and the kids love it and have no idea its quorn.

:D I got a pkt of quorn mince. The cooking instructions are very brief --either that or I am extra dense... Can I actually dunk this stuff in water and cook as real mince ?
  • I have often used this and yes you cook as with normal mince. Fry, add onions etc. do as you will. Although not really sure why you want to dunk it in water?
