    You don't need to show you paid bills or anything, it's the marital home.
    You should though, check your name is on the Land Registry, can be done on line. Without you being registered, she could borrow against the house without your permission.

    Also check a solicitor of your choice does 30 mins free. Not all do, some do first hour fixed fee, some no offers at all. If they send their assistant to conduct it, walk away.

    Go to the house and live there. If you don't, you may seriously damage chances of access to your children.
