Isn't bank holidays frustrating when there's no postie to wait for?

Eviledna, that resort looks stunning. My mum should have been in Turkey now but cos of flight going bust she is now in Bulgaria.

Gert, I must have had the same message also. I voted once thinking they were mse but then they sent me another request to vote something else so just deleted. It's all getting a bit much with all the requests for voting. I never do the comps asking for votes, tried once thru the proper vote page on here but didnt get anywhere but I would feel cheeky asking anywhere else! Must admit, I look at the friends already on before I add them as friends & if they have mse who I recognise I do tend to add them.
Ok rant over...better do a few comps!

i dont add anyone unless they tell me their user name on here and i recognise it! :rotfl: and i dont vote for anyone on anything usually unless they ask really nicely.. i hate it when its peoples status' or when they open FB xchat to copy and paste a 'hi vote for me' speech. it shouldnt be a popularity contest

don't do facebook or twitter so lucky i've not had any requests for votes, though peeps who i know keep me up to date with the goss on there

Hi everyone. Have been working hard in garden and having a rest now. Lovely and sunny here too. I don't do FB either - it seems too complicated and my kids have it so aren't keen on me having one! ( Can't think why )
Looking at Eviledna's holiday makes me wish we hadn't been too mean to book another foreign holiday. Still waiting to hear the details of the Ibiza one I'm supposed to have won. Will leave it till Wed and then ask at our local Keystore.

I got it too, second one I've had for the same comp this week, didn't recognise either person.

I was adding everyone who appeared to be from MSE on my comping FB but everytime I log on have an inbox full of "vote for me's".

I believe it was the same person - I also got the same message through FB. It annoys me because I don't even know her and she's begging for votes of anyone and everyone! I wonder how many PM's she sent today!!!

Thanks.We were there twice a few years ago. Once staying in it and once at Lakeside Caravan Site at Goodrington. We are staying at Parkdean site this time. We were thinking of going to Kent's Cavern while we were there. Is it interesting? Have only been in the summer before so hope the weather will be ok.:)

I have stopped using my facebook page that I set up for competitions because I was sick of the please vote for me spam that I kept getting.
