Click the Thanks and Click the Entered but DON'T click the Like. Then you should be able to click the browsers Back button to get back to the main board where you left it.

i often click the like button especially if it's a good comp or a reg poster that keeps the sites/comps up to date, then click the back button a few times & it brings you back to where you left off on the main board pages, only takes a couple of clicks to get back

Won't do that for me. I just tried it. Once I've clicked the like button, no matter how many times I click the back button, it just shows the "thanks you have liked"" page and then leaves me back on the post I "liked" and the only way back to the main board is by clicking "Competitions Time".

can't understand that, as said i always click the 'like' if respect the comp etc, i click a couple of times & it takes me back to where i was, not sure why it doesn't do for you

I think it depends what browser you are on plus what version of that browser.In ff I can do as KK describes but not in my version of IE.

I'm not sure the version but it is up to date.On my back button there is a drop down menu so I can jump back a few pages.
