alternatively simply post a link to the thread containing the comp as a new post on the end of the dailies thread (or weeklies). saves gillas pm box getting full and means we can all see it as soon as its there if we check last posts ratehr than it being dependent on gilla having the time to go through her pms and add to the original post.

i for one will be sorry if you stop requesting merges etc weeowen, i come at comps mostly the day before they end so there is no point in me requsting merges then, but often i see posts form people saying its a dupe without linnking to original and without stating they have asked for a merge, or worse still saying its a dupe and asking someone else to request the merge. which is fair enough if you dont know how to do it (just like its f/e to ask someone else to add to dailies etc if you really dont know how). its not fair though that people ask for someone else to do the merge when they should know how to do so themselves, and it really bugs me. theres you and a few others who always request merges and i for one appreciate all the hard work you all put in to doing so, as well as posting comps and explaining things to people who say they dont know how to do things and newbies.

while im posting in here anyway, dont want to bump the puzzler thread to say this, and havent had a chance to catch up on it this week, but i pmed the person supposed to be sharing the sudoku mag posting with me last w/e as i noticed they ahdnt posted it. i haent had a reply but have bought it and will post at some point this w/e if its not already been done. sorry it has taken me so long to manage to follow it up, my to do list is growing massively atm and im feeling rather overwhelmed so trying to prioritise.

hiya, yes, i know you always do weeowen,
what i'm saying is i agree it's a good idea to put the name of the BG in the dupe being sent, as opposed to members who post but don't do anything about the dupes,
AFAIC there's no need for you to apologise for anything, you & a few others as i said do most of the hard work on here sending dupes/helping peeps etc, i was in no way agreeing or disagreeing with anyone just thinking it was a good idea

Agree with Korky - your help is greatly appreciated Weeowen. It's the people who post "I think this is a dupe?" and just leave that and never even bother to check if they are right or wrong.

I asked for all comps from whattodowiththekids to be moved to GO as they had made it a 'pay for' site but it looks like they've changed it back to being free. Do I ask for them all the be moved out of GO?

Update: Right I've PM'd Glad to ask her to move them back to main board

thats yesterdays xx Autotrader confirmed they ahve changed the codes because of the mse situation, also codes can be entered till 06:59am xxx

Thanks Toniq just solved the first clue for today - never heard of that car before. I can't follow facebook very well the clues seem to get lost, Twitter is better I think.

Sorry, I know the auto trader thread has ended - is there somewhere the codes are being put up now? can't make any sense of them!

Sorry if this has been asked before but just wanted to check. Companies like Asda, Zavvi and Sendit all tend to run exactly the same competitions. These companies are all part of The Hut group so I wondered whether we were able to enter on more than one site, or if it was similar to the Sky Sports-Planet Rugby situation where you can only enter on one?

i.e. Could this one be posted from Sendit or is it the same as the one posted here from Asda?
