    Hi everyone.

Not sure, if i'm putting this in the right place but just wanted to say a few bits. I've just started proper comping after dabbling for a year (during which I've won £100 Pumpkin Patch vouchers, £10 Amazon voucher and a Rimmel mascara).
Just really wanted to introduce myself and say hello to fellow compers!

    2010 wins= £610. 2011 wins= £66.
July wins- Nivea For Men moisturiser, Hair Clips, Witch Liquid Concealer,

cant find the walkers comp - rainy day)

    just received email
Thanks for recently playing Win a tenner at walkers.co.uk
We wanted to drop you a note to let you know we have had to reduce the number of plays on Win a tenner from 2 plays per day per person to 1 play per day per person.
The promotion has been popular so we have made this change to ensure that as many people as possible have a chance to play Win a tenner, choosing when and where they think it will rain on our maps of the UK and ROI.

  • Hi,
I've noticed the whats on tv comps that have recently been posted and wondered the opinion of these.
Didn't they get a bit spammy and have affiliations with someone like myoffers?
    Are they ok now?

I dont see a probem with them being posted - it's up to each person as to whether they enter or not.
    Thank you all who post.

was a bit dubious when they changed over & must admit i stopped entering them for a bit, but noticed one of the respected members was still posting them & advising to making sure you tick the boxes
if needed, so now have been entering them & must admit not had any extra spam of them, hth x

Don’t know if this is the right place to post this and many of you probably know Daily pounds seems to have closed down. They are still posting daily winners on their home page but no draw has taken place since 05/09/10.

Back in July I redeemed some points for a usb flash drive, which was pending until I received an email on the 01/09/10 asking me to verify my email address, which I did and since then I cannot access my account. Clicking on the forgotten password link says my email address is not registered so account must have been deleted. I have tried emailing them several times and had no response.

After looking about on google it seems this is a regular thing with Daily Pounds, have a look at

My wife can still login to her account and enter the draw, so I thought I’d post this incase some of you are still entering because there really is no point.
  • Hi

I know this is a bit cheeky, so I thought I'd ask first to see if this is allowed before posting the details.

I work for a very small charity, and have entered a competition to win £500 which would be used to help the members get to meetings/functions etc. The 5 entries with the most votes get to be judged and then one of the 5 will be awarded the prize.

So my question is am I allowed to post a link on here and ask people to vote for us? Or should I be posting in another forum?

    Many thanks

    Shaz
