hi pcl, i find it easy to click on the bg's name at the bottom of the comps board..

then dal's page will show,

Is anyone else having a problem with the search? When I press on 'search this forum' nothing happens!

thanks guys, i knew it had to still be there somewhere, i just couldnt see it for looking this morning. think i may have been looking for it to be highlighted in blue like the find all posts by etc links are, rather than in tiny black lol.

gilla i used the search thread and search this forum links yesterday with no problems, but havent yet found the general search option to search all the forums. edit: just did a random search this forum and it searched comps time ok it seemed.

Its at the top, on the first green banner. 3rd from the right. Forum search.

I've not really gone through my mail today but if I find it I'll email the promotor.Homes & Bargains appears to be a reputable promotor so it must be a mistake on the supplier.In the interim would you be able to forward the email to Home Bargains to let them know of the problem

thanks ickle, id never have spotted that in a million years. not sure i like having to use the drop down box to specify search forums either, but will be handy for searching main site without first going to the main site (though thats probs always been possible lol)

Strange - works OK at home, but I couldn't get it to come up at work !

Just wondering (have searched, but might have missed it?) - has anyone thought of starting a "Swap shop" thread for unwanted prizes?

For instance, if I won a load of luxury girly toiletries, I might not want them (and Mrs T is very particular about her brands!) but there might be ladies on the board that would want to swap with something more appropriate for me?

I appreciate that a lot give prizes for xmas etc, but still thought it might be an idea?
