Rude? I am not being rude at all. Stop trying to deflect the fact that you are being rather slow. Better still answer the question - what security questions did you expect them to ask?

You appear incapable of telling the difference between dmg24 and geri1965, and you are being very rude.

I can only assume that statement was a product of alcohol or drug abuse - perhaps a combination of both.

Yep Nemo must be a scam...? Are you allowed out on your own?

    Right,

a brand new laptop turns up at your home.

You put it in a corner and 'forget about it'

    what a load of horlicks

    DO NOT FEED THE TROLL

If an unexpected new laptop turned up at my home without any of my friends letting me know I would wonder where it came from/where it had to go. My friends would actually ask me before assuming I had the time etc to look at a new laptop which really doesn't come pre-loaded with stuff that is a problem. Maybe after they had the laptop they might ask me to look at it. Why would anyone order a new laptop, send it direct to some "PC guru"...:rotfl:and not wonder where it wa after two months.

People are trying to help you and you are coming across as rude and insulting. Maybe think twice before mouthing off to people who YOU are asking to help you?

Better yet, if you're so perfect, why dont you figure it out yourself?

eh? what questions would you expect them to ask? Who was the Fourth banana split??????????

    Get a grip.

Fleegle, Bingo, Drooper and Snorky are the banana splits, so I'll name Snorky as the fourth member. Do I win a free laptop?:rotfl:
  • perhaps someone with the same name as you has ordered a laptop and tesco have mixed up the adresses on their system because of the identical names. ?

however , you would expect the buyer to be chasing up their missing product.
