    thanks for the ideas.

    Hows this sound?

Tomato n Pasta Sauce mixed in the Mince and Onions with some spices. Put into a bowl with cheese on top and baked?

I have made a sort of chilli beef mince before and used it to top pizza with. I get so bored with mince as well but I always order it - it's the only way I'll eat beef though!

I dry fried the mince until it was really crispy, and then added chilli powder. You might find a proper recipe online but I tried and didn't manage it. We had a chilli beef pizza from our local takeaway which was lovely - until I looked at the Scores On The Doors mobile app and realised what a mucky hole it is..! So I've been making pizzas myself since.

    The kids loved it too.

Jamie Oliver does a recipe for crispy minced beef, I'll have a think and see if I can remember what to google! I think it was dry fried with curry and then served with a fancy salad?

    Hope this helps!
