  • Morning, morning,
Happy hump day everybody! Feel surprisingly good – but I think that is to do with my magical acupressure mat. It was so uncomfortable at first, but I almost fell asleep on it last night.

Elly – fingers crossed for you that all goes well. xx

Jo – thanks for the reverse brainstorming link x

Nixi – hope that you had a good time at Pirate day x

I am going to be selling my Wii – I have given up the ghost on using it anymore especially now the OH has bought Move for the PS3 which is essentially the same thing. So, I will be listing that on the bay of E this weekend.

Not massive amount of moneymaking but I am feeling a lot more comfortable at the mo. I am up to £34.50 on my daily scratch. Have a possible job to design some flyers. £25 for doing a friends hair, Adsense is starting to get better on my blog – far more consistent in terms of money. I’ve now made £24.06 altogether but almost £7 – but am making over a quid a day now which is fantastic progress for me.

And the ready-made range I will sort out a sneak peak later on in the day. So I will be on my hustle through the lovely October and November. But, pretty happy overall, hope all is well in dribbler land. I always miss you when I don’t post and I needed to get my fix!

Jo - no I haven't seen it - I will go and have a look! Might not be today though, as have my poorly boy to look after :(

Dilli - Adsense sounds like it is going well for you! Any tips you would like to share, or is it all about content and numbers? And we have the Move too lol! What do you think of it? I've not played the Wii so would be interested to know how you compare the two!

    xx

    Hi nix,
I noticed on facebook that you had a poorly boy. Hope he improves soon. In the meantime take care of each other and big hugs.

Hey Dilli we miss it when you don't post too. Sounds like you are getting to a good place at the moment. Glad you are finding the new diet helpful as it must make a big difference.

I received my first payslip today and get paid tomorrow and for the first time in absolutely ages the end of the month is not a nightmare. Our mortgage goes out a few days before DH gets paid and its always a struggle and a juggle to manage. Whew - not this month. Life feels manageable again. Just need to not relax completely and start spending willynilly as we are still very tight and need to start inroads into debt payments but the relief is huge. Yay. Thanks to the dribblers for all the help in getting to this point.

Thanks Jo! He is asleep at the moment and OH is using his lunch hour to take my DD to her afternoon nursery, so think I am going to catch up on a bit of rest/sleep too.

And Well Done you!!! How fantastic that you are so obviously making progress, it must be a huge relief for you! Hurray for Jo! :)

    Thanks Nixi,
glad OH is helping out that makes it a bit easier and hope you do manage a sleep or at least a rest this afternoon. DS must really need it after his horrible night.

  • Nixi - sorry to hear that the lil' one is sick... I hope that he feels better.
With the adsense ignore alexa and push for numbers of visitors to the blog. As long as you network and keep pushing on twitter and facebook - the more likely you are to get good stuff happening with adsense. Also, I don't know how cheeky it is but is it worth sharing your competitions on the MSE comp thread? That would certainly drive up entries and traffic.

Jo - huzzah for the first payslip:j and another hurray for the job :TI am so, so happy that you are finall going to have a month where you can relax a bit. Great stuff and it is such a good feeling to feel comfortable rather than frantic each month. I love the new diet really and truly, skin has been great, feeling really good, mind a lot more focused too, load more water, and did my five a day. So feeling super charged :)
