Yeh I am slowly. I was showing my friends on friday evening what I did for xmas last year, all the hampers n such n 2 of them have asked if I will come up with hampers for them aswell .. for a price of course So I am in my element and just waiting for a list of who I am making hampers for now

Jo mortgage here is tiny so we could comfortably afford 2 mortgages so if i had 13k then i would have 2 homes . Up here mortgage valuation is done by the seller and buyer has full access so we k now what its work KWIM

Babymoo thats a good point actually as quite often I see stuff that I could do myself but never find the time to do. Bet they really appreciate it.
